We are a collaborative group that seeks to improve every day.
That's why we took time and care to develop a philosophy that serves as a structure in which our team culture resides. It is based on four focuses that are designed for the happiness of our team and our clients.

— that's T.C.Q.O., similar to TACO — the staple food of Tijuana, our home.
TEAM
As Simon Sinek says, a team is not a group of people who work together but rather a group of people who trust each other. We take care of each other and our clients. When we do, everything else falls into place.
COMMUNICATION
We know how to be great communicators from afar! Check-in sessions are vital, so we love digital platforms to stay in touch with the clients and with each other.
QUALITY
We understand our industry standards, so we stay focused on beating our projects' expected quality levels.
ON-TIME
We treat deadlines seriously. Communicating our progress and being diligent in getting answers to questions is essential to be ON TIME.

Adriana moved from Chihuahua to Tijuana to pursue her professional dream. She balances her work in designing options about construction systems, and executive blueprints with spending time with her family.

Jesus doesn't consider himself a sportsperson but runs every day! He even climbed a volcano in Chile — besides being an adventurer, he is an excellent time manager and is always happy to help.
